Training on Office 365 applications

The end customer’s goal was to substantially alter their digital infrastructure in two ways: by standardizing their operating systems and by encouraging their employees to use the Microsoft product suite. In this case, training requirements mainly centred on Microsoft’s suite of collaboration tools in the form of Outlook, Skype, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Up until then, the majority of the institution’s employees had never (or only rarely) used these tools.

Meeting the training requirements

Our team pulled together all the resources necessary to support users to successfully adopt Office 365. We provided users with a custom built training portal through which they could access learning resources in the form of live classes, videos tutorials and e-learning resources.
For this particular roll out adoption, employees were given the opportunity to choose whether they wanted to learn and interact with our expert trainers via web conferences or in person training sessions.

A large number of successfully supported users

By the time this adoption rollout is completed in 2017, it will have successfully trained over 3,500 users!
