Our mission

2008
Creation of Mandarine in France by Laurent Maurer, under the name of Mandarine Business School. Creation of our logistics tool: Teachoip. An online application developed by Mandarine for the organization, planning, and management of all training courses.2014
Creation of training appointments. This service provides online training sessions in small groups of up to 10 attendees.2015
Fundraising of €1 million from Croissance Nord-Pas-de-Calais, BpiFrance and Picardie Investissement, to boost our development in Europe and North America. Creating the MOOC Office 365. This training platform replaces the training appointment service. The MOOC Office 365 provides online training sessions and videos available 24 hours a day to learn about Microsoft 365 tools.2016
Change of name: From “Mandarine” to “Mandarine Academy” to create a brand with a real visual identity and to increase our visibility and notoriety. The aim is to position ourselves as a major player in digital coaching. Creation of a packaged offer consisting of a dedicated training platform and support by our project managers.2018
Initially located in Roubaix, Mandarine moved to Villeneuve d'Ascq in order to get closer to the technical pole and university centers of the Lille metropolis.2019
Creation of DiLeaP. DiLeaP is a dedicated and customizable training and support platform with a simple and quick implementation. This platform is scalable through its space management and accessible to all change management team members.

Since 2021, we are QUALIOPI certified. It is a reliable and unique label, delivered by the French government, attesting to the quality of the training provided. Among the 80,000 training organizations referenced, we are delighted to be one of the 10,000 certified centers.
Datadock is a unique database that validates the compliance by training organizations with the 6 quality criteria defined by the decree of June 30, 2015.
Mandarine is certified Gold Microsoft Partner on two skills: ISV and Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions. This certification is the highest level of skill and specialization related to Microsoft technologies. Companies that own it benefit from a close relationship with Microsoft.
The Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist certification is designed to certify adoption professionals and provide them with the important keys to drive adoption of Microsoft services as well as support and enhance the employee experience.

PROSCI is a certification recognized worldwide as a leader in change management.
By partnering with Klaxoon, we want to promote the development of skills in collaborative tools. We also want to enable all users to accelerate the adoption of new working methods through our MOOC Office 365 training platform, which already has over 100,000 users. This certification also allows us to offer fun and innovative training formats using Klaxoon’s collaborative tools.
