Brief overview and who should attend :

This workshop is aimed at organisations looking for an efficient means to accelerate adoption and stimulate greater use of Microsoft 365 using a personalised online and human-assisted end user training platform in the context of holistic change management. We will begin with a live overview of the options that allow you to select and design your own Content, Courses, Learning paths, Gamification, Social community, AI features and Live remote training sessions. We will then briefly demonstrate the admin console where you can create and manage user profiles, internal communications and access extensive end-user reporting features. We will finish by covering the different platform set up options for you to choose from based on your Microsoft 365-adoption plan and end-user requirements.
