Outlook and Skype at the heart of the customer needs
The company brought Mandarine on board to help ensure its international Office 365 migration project ran smoothly and avoid leaving its end users to adopt new technology on their own.
They asked us to help train their users on their new Outlook messaging tool, as well as their Skype for Business instant messaging system, in two languages: English and French! We rose to the challenge and provided them with all the resources necessary to fulfil their needs!
What we put in place
We created trifold brochures, leaflets, teaching aids, e-learning resources and the implementation of web conference and one-to-one training. Our teams designed and created each individual resource on Outlook and Skype for Business and made sure all the materials were highly available to all users in both English and French.
A training space was created on our learning platform and a communication plan was put in place to let people know when the training courses were running and portal resources that would available to them throughout the duration of the project.
By the end of the dual language project, we had supported over 700 users in France and Asia. The project ran for three months from the end of 2015 into 2016.
